INSPIRED BY DIFFERENCE.
After entering my M.Sc. in power engineering as a top student, I established my own company in 2016. I grew my company by negotiating and B2B sales, and in three years, I recruited about 12 employees in my company.
Due to my interest in financial markets and my abilities in analysis and calculation, I entered the financial market, specifically FOREX.
With my +5 years of experience in management and Forex, I have started my new path as a product manager at NYX markets ltd and helped grow the business.

PROBLEM-SOLVING MATTERS.
01. PRODUCT MANAGER.
at NYX Markets Ltd, Istanbul-Turkey / Jul 2020 – Oct 2021
- Wireframe design of my.nyxbroker.com and app.nyxbroker.com web application based on competitors’ analysis
- Roadmap and sprints design of different parts of the application for 6-month and one-year periods
- Managing the technical team and complete each section on time
- During this period, 600 tickets have been answered, 900 new users registered, and more than 80% of them completed the entire user profile completion process alone and without any guidance. Also, more than 800 trading accounts have been created automatically through the panel.
02. Advisor to CEO (Human Resource).

03. Chief Operation Officer.
at Pishro Hamayesh, Tehran-Iran / Mar 2018 – Mar 2019
Although the above project did not continue for more than a year (due to lack of capital), we held two large conferences of 500 people at Shiraz University and 250 people in Tehran. During this project, I, as the executive director, signed cooperation agreements with two companies, Moallem Insurance, and Karafarin Insurance. Also, holding two private workshops in the field of management with the cooperation of Dr. Mehrdad Hashemi is another work that I have done.
04. Chief Exclusive Officer.
at Parse Pishro Shenase Datis, Tehran-Iran / Aug 2016 – Dec 2020
In the first three years of my job, I signed contracts with +220 active companies in cosmetics, health care, and medicine. We invested 4000 $ in our company, and I earned more than 75.000 $. My main features for being successful were recognition, paying attention and addressing the needs, and, most importantly, after-sales service to my customers.

RESULTS DRIVEN DESIGN.
THE USER MUST COME FIRST.
Actions speak louder than mission statements. If a UX feels more like “User Exploitation” than “User Experience,” business becomes ripe for disruption. Profitability predicated on customer friction, intrusion, and irritation simply isn’t sustainable. Privileging easy money over better user experience is the antithesis of customer centricity.
